1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Disflow, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
2. Service Description
Disflow is a desktop application for managing Minecraft servers. The application provides tools for server creation, configuration, monitoring, and optimization. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.
3. License Types
Disflow offers two license types:
- Free License: Limited to 3 servers, basic features, and restricted deletion (1 server per 7 days).
- Pro License: Unlimited servers, AI-powered features, priority support, and full access to all features.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Disflow in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your license key and device credentials.
- Ensuring your Minecraft servers comply with Mojang's EULA and terms of service.
- Not attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the application.
- Not using the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5. Minecraft EULA Compliance
By using Disflow to create and manage Minecraft servers, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Mojang's End User License Agreement (EULA). Disflow is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
6. Intellectual Property
Disflow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Disflow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Disflow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Disflow be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or server configurations.
- Server downtime or performance issues.
- Any damages resulting from third-party plugins or modifications.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the application will cease immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Disflow after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
